Modern jazz has take the movements form ballet and modern , including the featuring quick and sharp body and lime movements ,also flowing and consecutive dance moves are also take to high-light the body curve .meanwhile , the sur point , leaping , rotation and abdomen movements ballet to get the muscles on the feet and leg on ready. Plus, the movements of the up-body can also strengthen the muscles. By the training , the flexibility , body coordination , balance can be highly improved . The combination of the modern jazz , ballet and modern dance bring in a new dance that features the free-style , accurate dance movements and the cleat beats.
